Here at Shawna Yamamoto Event Design, we stride to be different from our competition by offering our clients stylized decor services. We are event designers, dreamers, inspirationalists, and much more. We will take a holistic approach to your event in order to determine what design services are needed. We consider all things aesthetic our forte and leave the planning and logistics to your professional event planner. 

We offer two different services:

Floral Design:

…Floral Design a la Carte…

Shawna Yamamoto Event Design offers high end floral design for all types of events. We design flowers to suit your overall style and needs. We are capable of designing and creating so many different types of centerpieces and bring in props and non-floral elements to bring your vision to life!

 Centerpieces   

 Chuppah, Mandap, Alter and other ceremonial structures.

 Custom Escort Card Table Designs

 Custom signage (non paper products) such as Marque lights, Directional signs, etc.,

 Backdrops & stage facades for band, DJ or Sweetheart tables.  Floral or Floral mixed with non-floral elements.

Event Design & Production Assistance:

Shawna Yamamoto Event Design offers three different “packages” that we have found typically match up with the overall floral budgets our clients may have.  Our Event Production packages allows us to help you further develop your dream day and to make sure to consider all the options we may have available to you based on your budgets.

…Be Helpful…

This package is best suited for events less than $15,000 in floral design budgets. Typically, this would include: 

Free initial consultation, two (2) additional meetings inclusive of a mock up meeting, billable at $50 per hour. 

One (1) mood board for up to two (2) event spaces providing visual design inspirations; additional mood boards $100 each, inclusive of two revisions. 

One(1) two (2) hour site visit; additional visits billable at $50 per first hour, $75 thereafter inclusive of drive time. 

Rental collaboration: including but not limited to chairs, linens, draping, lighting, dance floor, and lounge options. 

Floor plans: for each event space providing visual design inspirations; additional floor plans are $75 each, inclusive of two revisions. E-mail discussions to hotel inclusive for up to two (2) revisions. 

The all inclusive design fee for the “Be Helpful” package begins at $750, additional services extra. 


…Be Complete…

This package is best suited for events more than $15,000 and up to $30,000 in floral design budgets

♦ Free initial consultation, three (3) additional meetings inclusive of mock up meeting; additional meetings billable at $50 per hour (up to a two hour time period)

 Mood board for up to three (3) event spaces providing visual design inspirations; additional mood boards $100 each, inclusive of three (3) revisions

Up to two (2) site visits; additional visits billable at $50 per first hour, $75 thereafter inclusive of drive time

Complete rental collaboration including but not limited to chairs, linens, draping, lighting, dance floor, and lounge options as well as collaboration for any additional modifications per clients request and guest count needs

♦ Floor plans: inclusive of one (1) for each event space providing visual design inspirations, including all future revisions

The all inclusive design fee for the “Be Complete” package begins at $1,500, additional services extra. 


…Be Treated…

This package is best suited for events in excess of $30,000 in floral design budgets

♦ Free initial consultation, four (4) total meetings inclusive of mock up meeting and any additional meetings.

♦ Mood board for up to four (4) event spaces providing visual design inspirations; additional mood boards $100 each, inclusive of one (1) revision

♦ Site visits as necessary to secure overall theme and design, no less than one (1) visit and no more than four (4) to each event space

 Complete rental collaboration including but not limited to chairs, linens, draping, lighting, dance floor, and lounge options as well as collaboration for any additional modifications per clients request and guest count needs

 Floor plans: inclusive of one (1) for each event space providing visual design inspirations, including all future revisions

The all inclusive fee for the “Be Treated” package begins at $3,000 or greater, equalling 10% of total billed to client.
